• Create practical, healthy habits with culturally tailored meal planning tools and thousands of budget-friendly recipes via the Foodsmart platform.
   
• Access grocery support, allowing eligible patients to use Foodsmart Bucks (grocery funds) to purchase fresh groceries delivered directly to their doorstep.
   
• Get connected to community resources, including food pantries, SNAP enrollment, and other nutrition-related social support programs.
